Extremely disappointed, but the only thing I can do now is wait until noon tomorrow to call support and sort this out. I still haven't received any email from Square pertaining to this situation, and at this point I've lost hope that I'll get to do anything for a few days. I've already reset what email my account is registered to, and reset every password that has any way to access my account. Didn't even know there was a phone app until today. Thanks RMT botters.ฤก2 hour Edit: With suggestions from the comments, I've since setup the 2FA. Account was hacked and banned in under 10h. With the patch going live in the morning, is there any way I could expedite the recovery process? I do not want to miss the first few days of the patch due to an error. I've done nothing to warrant a suspension according to SE's own guidelines. My bank card isn't even saved on the SE website, so I'm unsure why my account would be suspended. I have double checked with my bank that I had no charge backs, quadruple checked my email/trash/spam. I'm still waiting to hear from the Support Ticket system, and have sent in a second ticket after reviewing the official SE site stating reasons your account could be Cautioned/Warned/Suspended, and even the website says I should have received an email or something stating WHY, or telling me how to "be better". I tried to call the NA Support Center and was met instantly with their voicemail saying they're closed for the holiday. I went and changed all of my account details in case my account had been compromised without notice, and sent in a support ticket, stating my account has been improperly suspended with no notice, warning, or reasoning. I immediately checked all 3 of my email accounts, and had no email from Square. So I go check MogStation, and I see this: I thought weird, okay, I literally logged off last night with no problem, and I've had this account for many many years, joining at the end of HW. When I tried to log in this morning, I was met with this prompt: I haven't received any email, I wasn't pulled aside in game yesterday, I've never had a caution or warning warranted against my account. So I woke up this morning to my account being suspended, and being the day before patch dropping and a US holiday (so US Support Center is closed, so I can't call as I've tried), I'm understandably upset about this.
